If there is not enough people to attend the camp and you have paid to reserve your spot, all of your money will be refunded (this is the only circumstance in which 40 Degrees BJJ Camps will refund your entire amount of money paid towards the camps).   In the case of a last minute emergency 40 Degrees BJJ Camps may allow you to use your paid spot toward a future camp if you are unable to attend the one you paid for (all cases will have to be individually reviewed). 40 degrees bjj camps is not responsible for any pre-existing medical condition or care for any pre-existing injury or illness. The gym will not be responsible for any injury or lost or damaged property. 40 Degrees bjj camps is not responsible for anything that takes place out of the scheduled training sessions that take place in the host gym.
