Our CAMPS will be conducted by professionals and during the camps, a schedule will be followed. You wake up in the morning and along with your teammates , you will be doing yoga,exercises with medicine balls to test your reflexes, running, stretching and etc. After that, You will spend about two and half hours in the academy with your Black Belt and the rest of group studying and learning . You will have a break for lunch and after your relax time, you will be joining your team for more training at night . Each CAMP will have a different schedule and it will be posted it here. The CAMPS will take place in different locations, in different times with different Black Belts.
